Dr. Fardows Salim owns and operates PrimeCare Physicians, an independent primary care practice in Bloomington, MN, affiliated with M Health Fairview. She holds dual board certifications in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine — a combination held by fewer than 2% of practicing physicians nationally. This rare combination allows her to manage the complete patient journey from metabolic health and weight management through regenerative aesthetics and longevity medicine.

Regenerative Medicine

Dr. Salim founded PrimeCare Regenerative Institute to bring physician-led regenerative medicine to the Twin Cities. Her practice is built on a deliberate philosophy: no Botox, no hyaluronic acid fillers, no temporary fixes. Instead, every service activates the body's own regenerative biology — through PDRN/polynucleotide mesotherapy, collagen biostimulators, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and evidence-based skincare protocols.

Teaching & Advocacy

Dr. Salim teaches medical residents and students and leads the Sparx Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to the belief that disability and finances should not limit anyone's potential. She co-founded ASYA (A Special Youth Academy) in Yemen and has contributed to medical education, disability advocacy, and community health throughout her career.
