The Direct Care Difference

No Insurance. No Copays. No Surprise Bills.

Just you and your physician, focused on your health.

What is Direct Care?

Direct care is a model of medicine where you pay your physician directly for your care — no insurance company in between. There are no copays, no deductibles, no prior authorizations, no surprise bills, and no claim denials. You know exactly what your visit costs before you walk in the door.

At PrimeCare Regenerative Institute, we publish every price on our website. A new patient medical consultation is $175. An IV infusion is $250-$1,500. A PDRN mesotherapy session is $600-$800. No hidden fees. No surprises. Ever.

Why We Chose Direct Care

Insurance-based medicine forces physicians to see 25-30 patients per day in 7-minute appointments just to keep the lights on. It requires billing staff, claim submissions, prior authorizations, and appeal letters that consume 15-25% of practice revenue. It dictates what treatments are "covered" regardless of what is best for the patient.

We reject that model. Direct care allows Dr. Salim to spend 30-60 minutes with each patient, to offer treatments based on evidence and your goals (not insurance coverage), and to eliminate the entire administrative layer that makes traditional medicine frustrating for both patients and physicians.

The Direct Care Difference

1
No Insurance Needed
We do not bill insurance. You pay transparent prices directly.
2
No Surprise Bills
Every price is published. You know the cost before your visit.
3
More Time With Your Doctor
30-60 minute visits. Not 7 minutes.
4
Direct Physician Access
One-on-one with a board-certified physician. Not a scheduler.

Can I Use My Insurance?

We do not accept or bill insurance for services at the Regenerative Institute. However, many patients use their HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards to pay for their visits and treatments. We provide detailed receipts that you may submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though we cannot guarantee coverage.

Is Direct Care Right for Me?

Direct care is ideal for patients who value quality over quantity, who want a physician relationship built on trust rather than insurance codes, and who are willing to invest in their health with the same intentionality they bring to other important areas of their life.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost prior to receiving non-emergent medical care. Under the law, health care clinicians need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
